    NEXT LEVEL SERVICE… With going Gluten Free, shopping at Whole Foods each week was a challenge, like not truly understanding all the labels on the packaging. Sara said “how about I meet you at Whole Foods?”

    We went down every aisle and she looked for new ideas to incorporate to meals. It was the most interesting time spent. Meal planning become so much easier… I was at a Vitamin shop buying supplements (on a Saturday) and found a Bone Broth that was fresh. I snapped a picture asking if this was good for me. Within 30 seconds she text me back!! “That’s really good.” This is true story… My wife listened to one of our Zoom calls and was so impressed. She slipped me a note “I WANT TO USE HER!”

    As a physician, I’ve personally witnessed how Sara fills the gaps of conventional medicine. 12 years ago, I had chronic digestive issues, causing me to feel constantly fatigued. After a colonoscopy ruled out Celiac, Sara put me on a “specific carbohydrate diet” and, based on how I reacted to different foods, eventually concluded that I was gluten sensitive. Additionally, 2 years ago, after dealing with difficulties in my life, I developed SIBO. Sara was again able to manage my illness by changing my diet and introducing supplements. As Sara’s changes to my lifestyle have positively impacted my life, I do not hesitate to introduce her and her methods to my patients.
